VIRTUAL ASSEMBLY ON FREE HAND EXERCISES

A virtual assembly was conducted for classes Nursery to II through online session by Himalaya International School wherein the students actively took part in offering their prayers to the God, asking for the prevalence of peace on the troubled Earth due to Covid-19 pandemic.They also performed some free hand exercises in which they enjoyed immensely jumping, hopping, skipping and doing all kinds of rolly-polly. They did some stretching exercises as shown by their teachers on online sessions. These exercises helped in maintaining the agility of their body and pumped them full with energy.
