AEROBICS

Exercises, in any form, help us to remain fit and healthy. Aerobics, being one such form, involves some rhythmic exercises which not only helps in stretching our body parts but also build our muscles, making them flexible and strong. Aerobics helps in strength training as well. Considering these facts, the students of class V of Himalaya International School took up aerobics in their fun and fitness sessions. They did many rhythmic exercises tuning up with some feet-tapping music. They enjoyed doing these aerobics along with their family members. They agreed that these aerobics helped them tone up their body. They promised to continue their exercises on daily basis.
