Dance in its varied forms, is also considered an essential part of our fitness regime. Dance not only adds grace to our personality but also enhances our fitness level. Dance helps in maintaining the flexibility of our body. It keeps our body in a toned up shape. So, the students of class VIII of Himalaya International School took up some interesting dance forms such as Zumba, Aerobics, Bhangra, etc. for the Fit India School Week Celebration and gave some enchanting virtual performances. They shook their legs in tune with the music and enjoyed themselves fully.
